DD from PS2 help (1 Viewer)

Just got a JVC(RX-9010VBK) receiver last night. Hooked up the PS2 via fiber optic cable to my receiver to watch T2 to check out my setup, but no DD. Only got Pro-Logic. Is there a setting on the PS2 that you have to enable to allow the optical output to work?

I believe there are settings in the PS2 menu that allow you to enable Dolby Digital and DTS output.

Yes, you have to go into the menu and set up your ps2 for digital optical out. Just turn it on with no game in it.
