The only place I know that will deal and where I purchased my 45-TX is here in Cerritos, CA. I got the 45-TX for $1000.00 out the door. The place is an authorize Elite dealer. I could have purchased it cheaper on line, but I really wanted the warranty. The place is called Superco Home Theater, let me know if you want the exact address.
