Check the car audio forums as well, I see them all the time on those. You can also get a Dayton 15DVC which is a drop-in replacement for the Tempest.

This was a topic a while back,...I think there is a parts Express driver, or dayton driver that is so close in paramiters that it's almost a copy of the Tempest. It may be an easier option to get a couple of those, over trying to locate an old style tempest. As I recall they aren't priced to bad,...Just a thought in case you can find one,...
