Here is my speaker setup .

Front L and R are Polk RTi10s
Center CSi3
4 in ceiling Mirage surround speakers
However in the back right of the room I have a JBL 300w 12" venue sub.

I have a long theater seating setup the bass on the left of the room is quite good but it seems like the right side (where I usually sit) is lacking. I was think it would be awesome to add another JBL same speaker to the other side of the room. my room is about 600 sq ft. Would this be too much bass or do you think that it would even out the room if you know what I mean. overkill ?

Dual subs would only increase the bass by 3db. (when on opposite sides of the room like you are proposing) Just turn down the LFE channel by 3 db and you are in business.

Will give you a little more headroom and smooth out the response curve. I have dual subs and would be hard pressed to go back to a single one.

I have 2 12" subs with 2 passive radiators 1000 watts each for the front build in mirrow image and for the rear I have 2 12" 400 watts subs down firing and the combination is awesome. I would go with front firing for the front and down firing for the rear, it's an experience that's for sure. Nothing like dual of quad subs trust me. Of course people are going agree with these simply because they can't affort them, they"ll come up with something technical on paper and say it ain't so, you'll see..In HT is no such thing like overkill, it's called another fix.

If you have not already done so, you might want to experiment with the position of your one sub.

I had near-zero deep bass in my favorite seating location, but a relocation of the sub (300 W, 12" JBL) in my 19x24 room has fixed that.

Now I just need MORE bass..... :)
