Who can make me a custom video cable? (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a cable for an Ask Impact WSX lcd panel for overhead projectors. It's a proprietary 26pin connector that needs a vga input on the other end. I can't find these cables anywhere, so I am looking for somebody to make me a cable with diagrams. I have the 26pin connector which was extremely hard to find. Who can I contact to make a decent cable, and how much would such a service normally cost?
