I just purchased a Pioneer 704 LD player. I have a first generation Mits HD 73" widescreen, the one with the model number ending in 03. So what is the best way to hook it up? After reading all the LD messages, it seems like the hot setup is to use 3-D comb filter in whichever device is better. Can anyone please explain which is the best way to go?

Hook it up both ways and see for yourself. All the video outputs are active all the time. Put the player on an A-B repeat of a two minute segment and switch back and forth and look for differences. My quess is composite will win. Best Wishes!
