I will be using it for hometheater mostly,so i am aiming for that low fq.here are the specs
QTS: 0.331

VAS: 54.39

FS: 33hz

Frequency response: 18-2000hz

can i put this 12"(TS-W305C) diver in a sealed box and get deep bass?

The fs is going to be a problem, but I guess it all depends on what you consider low bass. Whats the xmax on that driver?

waste of time.unless you want quiet bass

ported-
28L tuned to 40hz is much better!
one 4in port 18in long

or

50L tuned to 33hz
1x4in port 14.7inches long..

approximately.
