I have used one before and found it pretty good for my wrist - but I couldn't get used to it for gaming, which I do a lot of. Thankfully, carpal tunnel has never been a real problem for me - so I'm not needing to swap. Probably not the answer you're looking for, but what you eat has a lot to do with inflammation in the body, so you might want to take a look into that as well.

just installed one recently for my wife who has been experiencing hand/finger issues (she is an accountant). She and I both like it but I think I'm going to upgrade to a wireless version.
