upconverting error (1 Viewer)

hello everyone, so far every time I put in a standard dvd in my a30 I get an error saying that the disc is protected and is output to 480. How can I set it so that it upscales? even though I already set the resolution to 1080 for the upconverting and for hd movies. thanks.

You have to use hdmi. If you use component, you can't upscale copy protected DVDs.

I am using hdmi and my tv is hdcp ready.
