I was reading quite a few posts about DIY Cables and they mentioned Techflex (Nylon strand wrapping) and was wondering if any local dealers sell this? Radio Shack, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
Has anyone ever seen this stuff in stores or an equivalent of the "real" stuff?? I would like to do a test run on a cable or two before I order a 100 foot roll to do the entire system and a few friends.
I am located in Columbus, Ohio if there are any non-chain stores that carry it. Thanks!!

Does it have to be Techflex brand?
Alpha (the wire people) makes a nice expandable polyester sleeving, # GRP-120, or GRP-120NF (non-fraying).
Available at http://www.mouser.com
Just type "Alpha GRP-120"(no quotes) into their search engine

El,

You can get the CC stuff from heatshrink.com and I thing Hank ordered the standard Techflex directly from Techflex.
