Sling Blade - no insert/chapter index?!? (1 Viewer)

I finally broke down a bought the "Sling Blade" DVD (Miramax)today and noticed there is no insert/chapter listing in it. Is it just my copy or was this DVD just not made with one?

Mine has a Chapter Index insert (25 chapters listed).

In fact, this particular insert is much thicker than the normal thin-paper insert (similar to the super-duper-thick index in the Halloween 1-disc edition from 1999; that one's almost TOO thick.).

If it's a new pressing, it may not have one. Disney (Miramax) is one of the studios that have already abandoned inserts.
