Question with Avia's Blue Filter. (1 Viewer)

I want to calibrate my tv set so I can get the best picture possible. I picked the Avia HT setup DVD at a garage sale for $5. This is just the DVD itself with nothing else. As I was trying to test my tv set, I got to the part where I have to use a "blue filter" help me test it. Since I bought it at a garage sale, did that guy loose the blue filter or did it not come with one at all. Since I dont have the blue filter, what kind of filter is it? Is it a special type of filter or can I pick one up similair to it somewhere?
