Are there any processors capable of performing digital equalization in Dolby Digital, DTS and PCM formats to flatten room response before the D/A conversion?
The B&K Ref 30 has one band of EQ to do room modes. The Sony 9000 has digital EQ, but only above 99Hz.
The TACT TCS has ten channels of room correction. It however costs about $10K.

I was just wondering if there are any preamp/processors capable of digital parametric EQ before the D/A conversion, avoiding another A/D and D/A conversion. I don't expect that I could afford such a processor, but I am curious about what's available and what may eventually become affordable. This may be what I'm looking for: http://www.tactaudio.com/web-files/TCS/TCS.htm
For now, I'm considering the Behringer Feedback Destroyer for my subwoofer. I would like the option to EQ the other channels, too -- something to consider when I purchase my next receiver. Some receivers have pre-outs and main-ins for the front left and right channels (Onkyo TX-DS777); some for L, C, R (Onkyo TX-DS989); and some for all channels (Marantz).
