To expand a little on what R Benson said, your movie purchases are stored in your receiver until the telephone connection is made between your system and DirecTV. I do not know if these calls are initiated at your end or at DirecTV's end, but I believe they generally occur at night. If everything is working properly, you should be billed for the movies with the very next bill.
I once had my phone disconnected for about six months, and I completely forgot about the fact that I was never billed for a couple of movies. After I reconnected the phone line (with a little friendly prompting from DirecTV) I was billed immediately.
So is there any way to delete these events off of your list on the receiver once you have paid for them? Or do they just stay there forever? What is the point of that?

I called Direct Tv and they said they stay on their until you order about 20 or so until they start to fall off one at a time. Are they full of it? I guess I am asking do you know from experience?

Does anyone know if the items purchased comes off your history list once you have paid for them or are they on the list on the card forever?
