... in April, according to the Time Warner Cable Customer Service person I spoke to on Saturday.
Since I've had problems with digital audio dropouts on the non-HD version of this box, (see other thread) here's hoping it's not even worse on HD channels, since they presumably have an even higher overall data rate.
Also FYI, if you get an On-Demand movie and you have one of those free-PPV coupons that comes with your bill every month, but your account is set up for credit-card-autopay, Customer Service will give you the credit over the phone without making you mail in the coupon. At least they did for me.
