Alright I have been doing tons of research, and have decided that the ol' CRT RPTV is still the best choice for my needs. I am looking to purchase one in the 57" size this weekend. Finding info on these is getting harder and harder it seems. I will be using it for 480p DVDs and 720p X-Box games mostly. Therefore it has to accept 720p signals. I had a Panny I sold because it wouldn't upconvert 720p. I am leaning towards the Hitachi at CC, but would like some more opinions please.

One other option I had looked at was a Panny DLP. They have it at BB for $2100, for 56". It sounds like a steal, but I figured they must suck or something. I would rather buy a DLP in that size, but the Panny is the only one I could afford.
