This will still have the wealth of bonuses the original volume releases had, won't it?

And for those of you wondering, here’s a list of the special features on each of these individual season sets (which are also included on the Complete Series box)...

Wow-- looks like each individual go will have a good many bonuses, in addition to the bonus disc; this one ought to be right up there with that of I Love Lucy (loaded with bonuses; not many releases have done that, whether individuals or all-in-ones).

This is such great news for fans of this show ---- I really never got into it but it is CLASSIC TV one thing missing is Lorne Greene's long broadcasting history with the Macy's Parade he not only appeared with his 'sons' in the parade he then hosted it for 10 years with Betty White NBC has discovered some parts of those telecasts that would have been great to be included BUT again BRAVO CBS!!

Guess CBS could not get the stuff from NBC this though might be a great release - to put a set out there at 245.00 CBS Paramount must feel still life in physical media hope it sells well maybe CBS will finish other shows too

The current HD broadcasts are stretched to fill a 16:9 screen. 🤮
Where are you seeing this? Considering what CBS has put out so far they stick to OAR. I'm guessing the station either requested widescreen prints or is zooming them in themselves for broadcast.

I'm thinking they know with seasons 12, 13, and 14 being released at the same time, retailing for $50 each. Then there is the season 2 redo for another $50. Then there is the additional bonus disk. I'm guessing some will just opt to just repurchase the complete set for the additional $50 for the smaller footprint, consistency, and the bonus disk, and maybe give away/sell seasons 1 through 11. Once we get away from retail pricing and start seeing discounts, it may even be less than $50.

There’s one way to guarantee they’ll release this set in Blu-ray, and that’s by buying the DVD set. The Blu-ray no doubt will be announced as soon as I crack the plastic wrapping. 🫤

I remember seeing at least one commercial for a computer company (forget which one it was) where, as soon as the purchaser leaves with what he thought was the latest computer, the signage is changed and now says that a newer one has just come out-- does anyone remember that?

That's what I did ( placed my order on target). I bought season 2 way back when so I'm just going to get the complete series to finish my set. And give the others away to friends

If it could have been done, that probably would have been part of a great photo gallery of what the stars did post-Bonanza.
