Onkyo TX-SR800 in 6.1 mode (1 Viewer)

Has anyone ran the TX-SR800 in a 6.1 configuration. Does anyone know if it can be done. I want to use this receiver in a dedicated HT room. The room is narrow for its length (12x28) so I think a 6.1 would do better than a 7.1.

FYI all rear speakers will be in ceiling speakers.

You should have no problem configuring 6 speakers rather than 7 in the speaker setup menu (if that's what you're asking). I haven't seen one you couldn't configure this way so far.
