Network Camera for home monitoring (1 Viewer)

I'd like to install a wired network camera to monitor the home and kids from my office. I find very few reviews on the sub $200 cameras being offered. Has anyone else looked into this and can offer some advice?

It's wireless, but you can find plenty of wired cameras as well.
