What I don't understand is that there are a number of theatres in Europe which do this, and it is not a pilot program. I read that in France it has become a serious issue because the pass alows you to see as many movies per day as you want, and movie theatres are becoming a hangout for the homeless, . If it is OK to do this in Europe, why not the U.S.?
