Matching centres for JBL 4311b (1 Viewer)

I have a pair of 4311b driven by Yamaha RX V740.

I am looking to build an ht system around this.

Considering secondhand JBL E25 or E35 centres.

Am I looking in the right direction?

This doesn't really answer your question(sorry, I'm new here), but how can a RX740 drive those speakers? I was told the output wattage on a receiver that could drive those had to be at least a continuous 75W.

Wow, those are some vintage speakers. And that receiver pushed 90 watts/channel. It will run those just fine. There is an actual min/max range they aren't telling you. Are you wanting a 5.1 setup I assume. The e25 or e30s would work well with those. Just make sure your frequency ranges all lapse, and you do a good setup on the Yamaha.
