I have spilled over my budget but oh man is the sound worth it. I finished my 5.1 in wall athena system with newly shipped SVS PCI20-39 Cylinder sub. This thing really rounds out the sound quality with the in wall speakers. This thing is freaking huge but I love it. Anyhow prior posts were regarding my athena P-4100 which definitely didnt cut it (while trying to stay in budget) .. all other athenas are great! Very happy with this system.

Corssover switch on sub.. I dont see any real benefit to turning this on as it seems to really limit the audio range I get from the sub ... Am I wrong here? .. sounds better turned of to me..

You should see some of the DIY cylinder subs like this and you will appreciate the small size of your sub. And no, that isn't my sub. Just a great picture I saved.
