So is there any chance of seeing this old Revue Production program on DVD ? There are few TV shows, with a 3-year footprint, as forgotten as this gem. I can't even find evidence that it was re broadcasted in the past 30 years, which is a shame.

Not sure where you are getting the 3 seasons idea from. Its a one-season show with episodes that were used as reruns for a couple of summers. There are approximately 30 or so episodes and the second set of summer reruns used shows from other anthology series. But the short answer is, no, there's no chance. An almost 60 year old one-season black and white anthology series owned by Universal? Not a prayer.
