Jerry Lewis was on the Larry King show tonight plugging his new book about Dean Martin.

At the end of the show, Jerry announced that next spring Paramount will be releasing a box set of all the Martin & Lewis films. This is great news! No further details are known. I wonder if it will include the public domain "At War with the Army" or the 2 recently released My Friend Irmas. Regardless, if this is really true, it is time for rejoicing in the streets. These movies have been long, long overdue for a DVD release.

Great news.
Four immediate titles for me would be,
Living it Up
Hollywood or Bust
Three Ring Circus
and Pardners

Although Artists and Models looks OK on Laser, I would gladly re-invest in a possibly better quality DVD.

I hope that they will also be available as singles.

Finally. Top Dean and Jerry titles on my list are "Artists and Models," "Hollywood or Bust," and "That's My Boy."

Breaking News: Paramount is releasing new films. That's my headline.

My top films would be Sailor Beware and Jumping Jacks.

Laaaaaaaady!

That's great news!!!

Now if only Columbia would release
The Big Mouth, this would be
a perfect world. :)

There's also The Family Jewels
and Three on a Couch, but I am
unsure which studio(s) have the rights
to those.

Then I own it :)

I bought all the Jerry Lewis films last year
but forgot exactly which ones I had after my
top four favorites.

Great news but Paramount still has some Lewis only titles I'd like to see like Sad Sack, Don't Give Up The Ship, Visit To A Small Planet, Geisha Boy and Rock-a-Bye Baby!

The second link says Jerry was forced to finish the Clown movie with his own money. Perhaps everything was filmed, but a final cut wasn't finished.
