Don’t know what this means, but I noticed that Spartacus is no longer available for sale at iTunes, Prime Video, or FandangoNow. When searching in the AppleTV app it just brings up the Peacock version. If you own the movie, you can still find it in your ”library”, though.

Some of my old blu ray digital codes loaded as 4k on iTunes. Mission impossible ghost protocol and Star Trek into darkness.

They probably redeemed as HD but since iTunes upgrades to 4K that's what you're seeing

Yep. Waiting for several others like Spartacus. Of course, DCs of both Vertigo and Rear Window recently got the 4K upgrade.

Since the codes don't seem to expire (at least for much much longer than expected despite the fine print), saving a small handful others to redeem sometime later (*after* they go 4K) to try to get the free upgrades to migrate thru MA as well... :D

Robocop has been upgraded to 4K.

No HDR or Dolby Vision tho.

Only $4.99 to boot, so I went ahead and made the purchase even though I recently got the LE Steelbook that Arrow Video put out. At least it comes with iTunes Extras and I know Arrow’s release doesn’t have all the extras from the BD that MGM put out on 2014.

The Goonies has been upgraded to UHD on VUDU so I expect it to be re-upgraded to 4K on iTunes shortly.

Spartacus has returned to the iTunes store, so fingers crossed!

So they break street date by a couple of months, are forced to take it down, then can’t even get it up on the official release day! Oh iTunes, you task me so...

Beetlejuice has now upgraded to 4K/Dolby Vision on iTunes.

As of late last night, it was still showing as HD in both the TV and Movies apps on my ATV4K, but looked like it was playing in 4K. I'll have to check it again this morning.

I played some of it yesterday and it was playing in 4K/Dolby Vision. I always verify on my system before posting such info on the forum.

Edit: I just played some of it again on my other OLED in my home office and it's still in 4K/DV.

Definitely no DV showing for me on this. I'll try rebooting my ATV4K, although it's also still listed as HD only in the TV app on my Mac as well.
