Is "The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe animated film on DVD in any country? (1 Viewer)

It doesn't look like it is. I see it on eBay, but have no idea if they are bootlegs or not.

I loved this film when I was a little girl in pigtails and very much want to watch it with my daughter.
