Too much fun.

TWC/Roadrunner with Toshiba modem -- 2.4 Mbps at your Speed Test area. This is 6-8 times faster than I was running before they dug up my yard and replaced a rotting cable a few months ago.

Apparently the back button on IE gives it some trouble... 17.2 Mbps? Somehow I doubt that given 1)Earthlink DSL and 2)10Mbps ethernet connection... hmmmmm :D
My actual test response (the first time... before the back button): 1.2 Mbps... argh. :frowning:

3.3 Mb/sec on Road Runner in Missouri. I almost always connect at that speed or faster for the last 2 years with the cable modem.

Anybody else notice the results are dependent on the web browser?

Chimera
2.7,2.7,3.0

OmniWeb
2.4,2.4.2.5

IE
2.1,2.6,2.4

Strange.

2.4 Mbps on cable modem at work, and that's with a proxy server in the way.

And I get 45 Mbps if I hit the back button... Can you say "cached"?

Compared to all connection types worldwide, yours is poor.

Isn't it great when someone politely tells you that you suck?
