The $160 wasn't just for the card-he later stated that the card only cost $80. I guess he went back on his word that he wouldn't charge me labor.So he charged you 80 for the card then 80 to slide it in a slot and reboot? This guys scamming ya. Plus if the box got fried while he had it then he is the one who should take care of getting you a new box no cost. Afterall its his fault. You didn't sign anything saying he is not responsible if he breaks it while he's got it right?
I don't trust anyone to touch my work or home PC's except me.
