Has anyone created a VCD with chapter points? (1 Viewer)

I've tried several software packages and still could not get this to work. Roxio Videopack 5 lets you set the chapter marks, but there is no way to link to them. Overall, the software is a total piece of crap, so if you're thinking about it, don't waste your money.

With VCDeasy, everything seems to go well. The XML file is created with the sequence items as follows:







83.483

167.567

251.051

334.534





The VCD is created with no errors, but still no chapters. It can't be that difficult because all commercial VCDs have chapter breaks in them. Can anyone shed some light?

I don't really know to much about creating chapters, but have you checked out VCDHelp.com? They are bound to have the answers you are looking for.
