Just wanted to report back about the complete failure of Paramount customer service.
I called the Voyager line about 5x, each time they took my info and promised that someone would call me back.
Never happened, ever.
Once the CSR said he was going to send a replacement disc out, never happened.
I ended up paying $7 to have the disc resurfaced at a local DVD shop.
Paramount blows, for what they charge for these ST sets, you'd thing some CS would be in order...
