FS: VGA to DVI cables and adapters... (1 Viewer)

I have a couple of each that were left over from a recent installation. The cables are 6' long and have a male HD15 connector on one end and a male DVI connector on the other. The adapters have the same configuration except there is no cable involved. I'd like to ask $16.00 shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation for the 6' cables and $9.00 shipped for the connector.
