I have had this unit for about 18 months. But it new from one-call and it still has 3.5 year left on warranty. Unit is in flawless condition. No scratches or dents at all. Have original box, manual, remote. It also has the latest firmware upgrade and the 2nd remote which allows for accessing the newly added surround modes (Matrixed 6.1).
