DVD Profiler update program question. (1 Viewer)

I currently have version 1.0.2 of the DVD Profiler program.

I just downloaded the new version 1.1, but have yet to unzip and load it onto my computer.

What is the exact process of loading the new version onto my computer?

Do I have to delete the version I have now and then load the newer version or will the new version overwrite and replace the older version if I don't delete the old version first?

What about the backup? If I use the backup from my current version, will it work with the newer version?

Hope someone can help?

I think the best thing to do is just email their support, as I recall, they were very good and fast in getting back.

Douglas, I just installed the new version over the old one and everything was fine. I didn't try to back up with the old and restore with the new, just a plain install over. One thing is -- you can always upload to "my profiler" first, install the new version and if something doesn't work, download from "my profiler".
