Best Buy's TNG S7 bonus disc - missing a feature! (1 Viewer)

The Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 7 DVD box set comes from Best Buy and sister companies (Suncoast, MediaPlay, Sam Goody) with a bonus disc, as the previous seasons did.

The TNG S7 bonus disc is a DVD with two features on it. The first one, per the back of the slipcover, contains these features:

"Special Profiles" (John de Lancie discusses his character "Q", Majel Barrett-Roddenberry comments on her role as Lwaxana, and Jonathan Del Arco talks about reprising his role of Hugh in "Descent")

Well, I skipped ahead today and watched the Bonus Featurettes disc, and at the end of the 15 minutes for the "Special Profiles" featurette, I realized all of it was spent on "Q" and "Lwaxana Troi", and none on "Hugh".

Jonathan Del Arco was missing!

15 minutes is the amount of time the slipcover said would be alloted to this feature and it wasn't there in that time, and Del Arco did not appear on the "Dressing The Future" featurette which made up the rest of the disc, and I could not find any Easter Eggs on this disc.


I wonder what gives?

I noticed that the local Best Buy only had two copies that even contained that bonus DVD. The rest of them were missing it completely.
