Any word on The Wire season 2? (1 Viewer)

I just got done watching the first season and all I can say is WOW! What a great show. I am very anxious to watch the 2nd and 3rd seasons. Anyone know when season 2 is supposed to be out?

It's driving my wife and I nuts seeing The Wire on our DirecTV menu and not being able to watch it! Have to watch season 2 first.
Now when is season 3 coming?

You may have a long wait. If there's going to be a season 4, they probably won't release season 3 until sometime shortly before it. So come February, you might want to check that DirecTV guide for reruns.
