Any non R1 dvds that are streeting earlier than R1 discs? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if there are any R2 or R3 dvds are that have earlier release dates than their R1 couterparts?

I think it's happened a couple times, but not often. Most often you see people getting their R1 imports in the UK 2-4 weeks early because they ship them direct from the factory to the UK.
I know Battle Royal (Japanese film) came out on legit Hong Kong VCD a full month before the Japanese DVD

I believe The Cheap Detective was released in Region 3 before Region 1. I'm not sure if this DVD is already out in Region 1.
