Is there many people who would like to see Universal consider doing a complete boxset series of the wonderful "ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS" TV series? Like The Twilight Zone, this series is chocked full of great performances by many up and coming film stars, as well as plenty wonderful character actors. Also, in many cases, the writing was just as good as The Twilight zone, though a bit less science-fiction-ey.
I would love to hear other opinions. Hopefully, they could do less-expensive box sets, yet containing some extras per set....i.e. a documentary on the entire series, a complete series rundown in the proper order, and, hopefully, though it might be too expensive, interviews with many of the surviving actors and writers.
I, for one, would consider this series to way up on my list of stuff I want on DVD.
Your comments, please.
