I finally picked up this title today with serendipity allowing that I had $10 Best Buy birthday rewards, and they matched Amazon, bringing the cost to just over $12, which is probably slightly more than I paid for two tickets 40 years ago (!!!) in the theater (not inflation adjusted). But I remember it being a very enjoyable film, and with the stellar reviews for this release, it will be an entertainment bargain. I’m looking forward to viewing it again through the perspective of current technological advances.

I recently watched this. I thought it looked terrific in 4k. It’d been decades since I’d seen it (my last copy was on CED), and I showed it to my kids, who also enjoyed it. And, holy cow, was this movie prescient! With some minor changes, it could’ve been made today.
