4802 or 3802 with outlaw amp (1 Viewer)

Putting together a system for someone and am considering the denon 4802 or getting the 3802 with the outlaw amp.
Probably going with B&W LCR6 speakers for the L/C/R.
The 4802 is a little more robust and the electronics are a little more current and the crossover is a little more flexible. The 3802 with external amp (165x5) does everything and would have more power.
Price's are about the same.
Any comments, advice, opinions are appreciated.

Just a thought, but how about waiting for the Outlaw 950 preamp/processor.......... Sould work well with the Outlaw amp.................

Thought about that but I have to have the equipment in by thanksgiving and it's questionable whether the outlaw pre/pro will be out by then.
