Am I legally entitled to have MP3 copies of albums that I actually own? What if I only own them on LP or cassette? Would I be allowed to seek out and download digital copies of the songs on a record album I own? I hope this is the correct forum for this question.

I had The Goonies and Silence of the Lambs on pre-order with Amazon. They shipped them on 8/20 and I actually received them on street date! Awesome! Haven't had time to watch them yet, but I will very soon. Mike

I have the Alien Legacy set on VHS (ugh) and I have found the DVD set at DeepDiscount DVD for around $59.00 with free shipping. Does anyone know if there are any plans to re-release this WITH the 5th disk? I would hate to buy this only to find out about another release. Thanks Mike
