What should I set my sub at? (1 Viewer)

Should I set my sub phase at 0 or 180? Also what is the best frequency to have it set at for best sound? Right now I have the frequency set all the way down. I have a cerwin-vega 12" self powered sub.

Phase depends on where the sub is placed. Which every one sounds best to you is the correct one.

As for the crossover dial. Depends on how you are setting things up. My preference is to run all speakers small with sub yes on the reciever. Then turn the crossover on the sub plate amp up as high as it will go to get it out of the way and let the reciever do the work.
