XBox: Progressive vs. Standard (1 Viewer)

Does "Progressive Scan" look REALLY better than the 'Standard' (480i I guess)?
I have an 'older' 36XBR250 Sony WEGA TV (non "Progressive Scan") and I am kind of envious that the newer models (400 and 450) have the "Vertical Squeeze" and "Progressive Scan" features.
Now back to the question again:
Does "Progressive Scan" look REALLY better than the 'Standard' (480i I guess)?

Yes it does. It's an easy visual improvement.

I used to have a 36" XBR 250 and traded it in for an XBR400. Not only is the addition of progressive scan better but the DRC line doubler in the 400 provides a massive improvement over the 250 in normal viewing.
