My 10 year-old Sony CD head unit is dying so I'm in need of an inexpensive but decent CD car receiver to replace it.

What I'm looking for:
Must play CD-R audio CDs (CD-RW playback would also be nice)
Black face-plate (removable would even be better)
Rotary volume knob
25W X 4 or better
At least one set of amp preouts
MP3 playback would be an added bonus

As with most purchases, I have a limited budget of no more than $150.00 including tax/shipping.

So if you have a car CD head unit or you know where I can get my grubby little paws on one, please let me know.

Thanks,
Brian

Kevin,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
That is a beautiful deck.

Do you still have the Pioneer head unit available for sale?

Please email me at [email protected] so that we can work out a deal.

Thanks,
Brian

Kevin,

Not sure if your getting any of my emails or messages...

I'm still interested in the Pioneer head unit if it's available.

I'd like to know one way or the other so if things don't pan out here I can start looking for other deals.

email me at: [email protected] or [email protected]

Brian,

If the Pioneer unit falls through I have a 2 year old Sony unit that I'll be selling. I think it meets your specs but I'll check this weekend.
