My grandparents need a receiver for their living room and don't have just whole lot of money to spend. I told them they would be hard pressed to find anything new (and decent) at that their price point but there might be some good used equipment available. So I'm looking for something that at a minimum has Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic. DTS is a plus but not necessary.

Thanks,
Chris S.

I have a mint Yamaha RX-V800 with everything included that will be up for grabs in a couple of weeks. (I'm upgrading to the 5790/1400) and it should arrive next week. I'll take $300.00. This receiver had a MSRP of $800.00. Let me know if interested.

Let me be a little more specific on their price range. They are really only looking to spend about $125 to $150 (max). They were looking at one of those cheap HTIB setups but thankfully I was able to convince them not to go that route.
