Can you guys recommend some place in Chicago/Chicago suburbs that cut sheets of mdf to specific sizes. Thanks for any help in advance.

In my area, any Home Depot or other 'big-box' hardware store will have a cut shop that is really reasonable. Around here it's something like 60 cents a cut with the first five cuts free. You should ask them to be as exact as possible, and see the results.
