Did this go OOP or something? I son't see anything about it being a SE or directors cut or any of the other usual stuff. What gives?

It's just having an MSRP reduction from $29.95 to $19.95. Online stores generally list such price drops as preorders with the new price effective on the appropriate date (although Amazon, oddly, is still showing the "new" MSRP at $29.95).
