Like Felony Squad, Judd for the Defense, and Robert Taylor's The Detectives, to name only some.

Why has Fox been so reluctant to release any of their old TV archive?

Simple, little to no demand and most important, none would be money makers. Probably wouldn't recoup the costs to make/release.
