While TYPING in MS Word. Why does my cursor flash? (1 Viewer)

Not when it's just sitting there, but when I'm actually typing a letter. Is there a way to disable this? Thanks in advance!

does it do this only in ms word? i actually think it's your mouse setting.

go to the control panel / mouse / pointer options tab. there's a checkbox for "hide cursor while typing" (or something like that).

not sure, but it's worth a shot.

i also checked my groupwise and it doesnt do it there.

Oh and I'm sorry I wasnt clearer. it's the cursor the follows what you type in Word not the mouse cursor.

hmm...no clue then. my word cursor stays solid during typing. bizarre....
