What's going on with Enlightened Audio Design(EAD)? (1 Viewer)

I'm a huge fan of EAD components. IMO they make the best multi-channel amps and pre/pros in their respective classes but I'm getting a little worried. Did Alpha Digital Technologies buy them? Who are these guys? Is it true they are no longer making a 400wpc amp? Say it ain't so.

Did you check out www.alphadigitaltech.com ?
I believe they are a subsidiary of Tara Labs. Don't know about the amps though. The website should have some info.

Apparently, EAD has been sold twice in the past year and support non existant. Sounds like they are going down. Owning orphans is not good.

I've noticed a lot of their stuff up for sale. But, I though the last sale had put them back on track?
