Stereo AV receivers have always been an interesting thing to me. Stereo, but with some features of a surround receiver, like hdmi, digital audio inputs, etc. I can see having something like this in an office or for a low key living room system.

The model number of this seems like a mistake, though. Marantz already has a Cinema 70s surround receiver, and calling this a Stereo 70s seems needlessly confusing.
